As of 2 a.m. ET, we have officially launched the Namesake Kickstarter campaign to raise the funds to print book 1! Oh wow, this is a fantastic chapter cover. Honestly, I think this is my favorite chapter cover so far. It’s just really intriguing and, even despite the fact that there’s a giant hole in Ozma’s back, I still think it’s really pretty. The colors seem to go together really well. Great job, Isa!!

Pretty sure. Ozma seems to be the only one who ever has poppies on the SIDE of her head. Plus, Anlise has been rid of the poppies so it’d be a bit odd to show her with the poppies still

How can I resent cover pages for not having more story when they are THIS AWESOME? Warrick looks so bad ass with his axe! Emma and Scarecrow are so determined! Agha is made of tiny win! Chiseri looks like a winged mascot, but whatever, we haven’t gotten to know him yet.
This is a great cover! Aeon is right about Emma and the Scarecrow. I like the fact that Scarecrow isn’t the goofy character that is suggested by the ’39 film, but has real gravitas.
Thanks for the kickstarter video, it’s great seeing what you both look like and hearing your voices. I always check right after midnight on T Th Sat.
